Heating solutions for
passenger cars

Relaxed driving in autumn and winter thanks to parking heaters for diesel and petrol vehicles or high-voltage heaters for electric cars
The reliable heating solutions from market leader Webasto turn your car into a feel-good oasis even in cold months. Whether it runs on electricity, petrol or diesel, we have the right heater for every drive. For retrofitting, there is the classic fuel-powered parking heater or a variant that uses electricity from the socket. For original equipment manufacturers, we offer tailor-made solutions for both fuel-powered devices and high-voltage heaters in electric vehicles.
Enjoy getting into a pre-heated car and driving off immediately, without a coat, gloves or scarf and without having to scrape the windows clear first! What's more, misted-up windows are a thing of the past and you always have a clear view. This increases safety, saves time and provides relaxation not only in the morning. Another advantage: the engine is also preheated. This reduces wear from cold starts and saves emissions.
You can choose how you want to operate the heating - directly, by remote control or by app. Our ThermoConnect app offers most of the functions. You can easily find a Webasto partner near you in our dealer search.
Parking heaters for fuel-powered cars
As the market leader, Webasto offers parking heaters and installation kits for (almost) all vehicle sizes, makes and models. After inspecting the car, a Webasto installation partner installs the "water heater" in the vehicle depending on the location and connects it to the tank and the vehicle's coolant circuit (water). This usually takes one day.
Our heating star, the Thermo Top Evo, is available with different heating outputs of up to 5 kilowatts, depending on the size of the vehicle interior. When the heater is started, it heats the coolant in the vehicle and also the engine. Heated air then enters the interior and reaches the windows via the vehicle fan.

The car warms up and the windows defrost. To start, the Thermo Top Evo uses some power from the vehicle battery. It is very efficient and has a protective function that switches the device off when the battery voltage is low so that the car can always be started. The battery is recharged on the next journey. As a rule of thumb: driving time equals (previous) heating time.
If you frequently drive short distances or your car is parked in a garage, we recommend our electrically powered eThermo Top Eco. Connected to a 230 V socket, this water heater uses electricity to preheat the vehicle. A positive side effect: thanks to the integrated trickle charge function for 12 V batteries, the car battery is also charged during operation.

High-voltage heaters for electric vehicles
Webasto has high-voltage heaters (HVH) with various heating outputs in its portfolio for manufacturers of battery electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. Thanks to the innovative stratified heating technology, the HVH converts direct current into heat with virtually no losses. Of course, they can also be used as auxiliary heaters to preheat the vehicle interior. This is particularly recommended when the vehicle is connected to the charging current.
