Corporate governance systems

Webasto SE and its affiliates ("Webasto") enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide as a globally active company with a history spanning more than 120 years and ranks among the top 100 suppliers to the automotive industry. The company's economic success is based on its ongoing commitment to compliance with laws, regulations and societal values in the many countries around the world in which the Webasto Group operates.

Corporate governance systems, including a Compliance Management System ("CMS"), ensure compliance accordingly. The global Webasto Code of Conduct is a key part of the CMS and serves as a guide for employees worldwide for their  conduct in everyday business. Webasto Whistleblowing System

Compliance requires that all those involved in the business processes contribute to the observance of external and internal rules. Any violations of laws, internal regulations or other malpractice or abuses must be identified immediately and consistently counteracted. A whistleblowing system (Webasto Whistleblowing System) enables employees, external partners and other third parties to report actual or potential compliance violations or other malpractice at Webasto confidentially and anonymously. This enables the company to identify and eliminate malpractice at an early stage in order to avoid or reduce harm to Webasto, its employees and business partners.
