Yanik Cantieni appointed new

Stockdorf – June 1, 2026 – The Supervisory Board of Webasto SE has appointed Yanik Cantieni as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2026. The current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Joerg Bremer, who has held the position since November 2024, and Webasto SE have mutually agreed to end their collaboration as of May 31, 2026. Bremer has left the company on May 31, 2026.
Cantieni, who has more than 25 years of experience in the global automotive industry, will be responsible for ensuring Webasto’s financial management and performance as the new CFO. The top-100 automotive supplier has been undergoing a comprehensive restructuring since 2025.
“Yanik Cantieni’s broad operational financial expertise and his many years of international experience will be of great help to us in the ongoing transformation in a volatile market environment,” said Webasto CEO Joerg Buchheim, adding: “Joerg Bremer supported us with his expertise through a crucial phase. I would like to sincerely thank him for that.”
