In 2025, Webasto China was again recognized with the Top Employer award. The company performed particularly well in sustainability, diversity & inclusion as well as in digital human resource management.

Webasto Guangzhou received this award from Dongfeng Nissan for excellent product quality and service. 

This award recognizes the exceptional performance of Webasto Wuhan in supply chain cost control and on-time delivery.

Webasto Wuhan was honored for consistent excellence in R&D, product quality and on-time-delivery. This marks the eighth consecutive year that Webasto has received the award.

Webasto Jiaxing was certified as a Ford Q1 Supplier, recognizing excellence in quality, technology, delivery and service.

The “Collaboration Development Award” from FAW-Volkswagen recognizes the commitment to innovation and quality, as well as the long-term partnership.

Webasto China was awarded for its solutions in high-tech glass in the category “Car body and interior/exterior”. This is the sixth consecutive year that Webasto has received the award.

Webasto Japan received this award from Nissan for the second consecutive year because of its consistent performance in the year 2023. 

KIA India recognized the plant in Chennai, India for its excellence in 4M change management.
