With an office and production area of 12,000 m², Hengersberg is an important production and development location for Webasto. Especially for both convertible tops and batteries.
However, the focus here is on the mechanical production of convertible tops. These are available in a wide range of different versions, such as hard tops, soft tops and hybrid tops. Well-known customers like Ferrari, McLaren, Audi, Aston Martin and many more are served here.
Testing to the limit
In our development and testing area in Hengersberg, our prototypes are tested thoroughly before they go into series production and will be sold worldwide. Our vehicle parts are tested for durability over several days under extreme pressure, cold and heat.
