Strategy
Strategy at Webasto means actively shaping the future of the company. In our Strategy team, you are responsible for the development, implementation and further development of an overarching and future-proof corporate strategy. You work closely with top management and are their first sparring partner for long-term decisions. You will lead the strategy process at Group level, integrate functional and business unit strategies into a consistent overall picture, and support cross-functional strategic projects through to implementation.
