Readers of Auto Bild, auto motor und sport and Auto Zeitung voted for Webasto as the strongest brand in the parking heater category
Stockdorf/Munich – April 11, 2017 – Threefold cause for joy at Webasto, world market leader for roof, convertible roof and thermo systems. The readers of Auto Bild, auto motor und sport and Auto Zeitung overwhelmingly voted Webasto the best brand in the category parking heaters.
“The accolades coming from three of the highest-coverage automotive consumer publications demonstrate impressively that Webasto is the brand for parking heaters,” says Axel Schulmeyer, Webasto Management Board member responsible for the thermo business. “Winning the ‘Triple Crown’ proves that our customers appreciate the added value with which we enhance all of our products and services. Our high-quality thermo products provide for a maximum of comfort and convenience and create a pleasant sense of well-being in motor vehicles.”
Superlative comfort and the highest-quality products are appreciated
In the readers‘ choice award, “Auto Bild – The best brands in all categories 2016/17“, Webasto was the winner in the parking heater category, as it had been the previous year. Auto Bild conducted a purchase decision study among its readers to elicit the best brands in 13 categories. With a total of 77 percent, the majority of respondents clearly voted for the climate and thermo specialist (Auto Bild issue 13/2017).
For the readers of auto motor und sport the decision was also clear-cut. Around 70 percent of the votes went to Webasto as the “Best Brand”. Thus, Webasto is a serial winner in this category, having now been the recipient of this award for the eleventh time (auto motor und sport issue 7/2017).
What’s more, Webasto can now bear the title “Top Brand 2017” in the category parking heater of Auto Zeitung (issue 8/2017). The votes of the readers of Auto Zeitung are a distinct affirmation of the world market leader’s quality strategy.
“The fact that so many expert readers place their trust and confidence in us shows that our brand stands for innovative products, the highest quality and superlative comfort and convenience,” Schulmeyer adds. For Webasto, these awards are an incentive to continue to apply its innovation and technology leadership for the development and production of distinctive comfort products in the future.
