| Stockdorf/Munich. – As of now, Webasto’s marine customers can make use of a new, dedicated service offering: by visiting www.webasto-marine.com, owners of sailing and motor yachts can obtain specific information on the topic of “Comfort on board”. Webasto has not limited this information to a mere presentation of products, and also offers comprehensive customer advice.
For example, the new and innovative Comfort Configurator can ascertain the customer’s individual needs and requirements where comfort at sea is concerned. By inputting details on the type of boat involved, its length, the size of its glass surfaces, or even the preferred region and season as well, skippers can obtain immediate information on what offers Webasto has for them, from individual products right through to complete systems. In addition, brochures and product sheets can be ordered directly on the website. A search function that leads users to the nearest authorized dealer rounds off the range of services this website presents in an attractive and user-friendly design.
By way of this new service offering, Webasto has taken another systematic step in its C5 strategy – Complete Cabin Climate Comfort Control.
