Webasto is “Best Brand“ for the fifth time in succession

"auto motor und sport" readers convinced of the quality of Webasto parking heaters

Stockdorf/Munich – Pole position from the outset: Webasto has once again been voted "Best Brand" in the parking heaters category by the readers of "auto motor und sport". This means that the company from Stockdorf has held its pole position constantly since the beginning of the survey in 2005. Webasto collected 67.8 percent of readers' votes, thus extending its lead over the competition compared to last year.

 

 "More and more car drivers are coming to appreciate starting the day with warm instead of cold hands from scraping off ice", explains Philip van Ast, Head of Aftermarket Sales for the heating, cooling and ventilation systems division of Webasto AG. "A clear view from the start of a journey is also a big safety advantage and helps avoid accidents in winter. This is why we are proud that our parking heaters have once again been voted `Best Brand`".

 

"Best Brand 2010" of auto motor und sportApart from voting for the "Best car", readers of the magazine "auto motor und sport" have also been able to choose their "Best Brands" for the past five years. Almost 97,000 car lovers took part in the survey this year. The results for the 28 different categories will be published in the 7/2010 edition.
