Our corporate principles and company motto "Feel the drive" express a philosophy that is constantly oriented towards customer benefits. Their objective is to both provide the employees with a basis for joint action and to make it clear to our customers, suppliers and business partners that Webasto is constantly and consistently adapting to the varying challenges posed by the market.
The employee development as well as our social commitment is an expression of our corporate culture.

Employee development through the Webasto Academy. Well-trained employees are a key element in the long-term success of our company. This is why Webasto was the first supplier to set up its own internal advanced training institution, the Webasto Academy, in 1991.

Selective promotion of vocational training with "Wolke7". Since 2003 "Wolke7" has stood for the creation of apprenticeship training positions. Its goal was over 7 percent apprenticeships. For years now this figure has been clearly above 8 percent. Webasto sees the encouragement of training as part of its social responsibility.

An excellent employer. Webasto has been repeatedly commended as an employer in various competitions. This underscores the way we see ourselves: a high customer-orientation, good company and the opportunity to assume responsibility at an early point in time.

Open day for children and trainees. Once a year Webasto opens its doors at its central locations to the children of its employees on the open day for children and trainees: this is the day oh which children and young persons can find out what their parents really get up to at work and enjoy a diversified program.
